How to send us your documents

Paper-based apostille service

Before posting

  • Ensure all pages, stamps, seals, and signatures are clear and complete.
  • Send original documents (not photocopies).
  • Pack securely to prevent damage in transit.

How to post

  1. Place all required documents in a sturdy envelope.
  2. Include or write your order reference (e.g., THA-1234) on the envelope or on a note inside.
  3. Send via a tracked postal or courier service to our official mailing address.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your documents arrive and enter processing.

Pre-check by email (before posting originals)

If you’d like us to pre-check your documents before sending the originals, you can email scanned copies first.

Scan / Photo requirements

  • All pages, stamps, seals, and signatures must be fully visible.
  • Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG.
  • Prefer a flatbed scanner where possible.
  • If photographing: use good lighting, avoid shadows/glare, keep the correct orientation, and ensure sharp focus.
  • Confirm files open correctly and are easy to read.

How to email

  1. Write to info@thehagueapostille.co.uk
  2. Add your order reference in the subject line (e.g., THA-1234 – Document Review)
  3. Attach the scanned or photographed documents
  4. Include any notes or instructions (e.g., “Please confirm before I post originals.”)
  5. Send — you’ll receive a confirmation email once your files are received and registered

Tip: A quick email pre-check helps ensure your documents meet Apostille/legalisation requirements and can prevent delays when posting the originals.
