Before posting
- Ensure all pages, stamps, seals, and signatures are clear and complete.
- Send original documents (not photocopies).
- Pack securely to prevent damage in transit.
How to post
- Place all required documents in a sturdy envelope.
- Include or write your order reference (e.g., THA-1234) on the envelope or on a note inside.
- Send via a tracked postal or courier service to our official mailing address.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your documents arrive and enter processing.
Pre-check by email (before posting originals)
If you’d like us to pre-check your documents before sending the originals, you can email scanned copies first.
Scan / Photo requirements
- All pages, stamps, seals, and signatures must be fully visible.
- Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG.
- Prefer a flatbed scanner where possible.
- If photographing: use good lighting, avoid shadows/glare, keep the correct orientation, and ensure sharp focus.
- Confirm files open correctly and are easy to read.
How to email

- Add your order reference in the subject line (e.g., THA-1234 – Document Review)
- Attach the scanned or photographed documents
- Include any notes or instructions (e.g., “Please confirm before I post originals.”)
- Send — you’ll receive a confirmation email once your files are received and registered

Collection from Milton Keynes
Once documents are verified, they are processed and ready for collection from 2:00 pm in Milton Keynes.
You can arrange your own courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to pick up the documents from our office.
Documents uploaded after 12:30 pm will be processed the next working day, ready for collection from 2:00 pm.
