In England and Wales, it will bear the original embossed validation “VALIDATED-OPG” at the bottom of every page. Your Lasting Power of Attorney must be certified by a solicitor or notary public in the UK.

Requires Submission as Originals?: No.

Important Notes: Registered with OPG; “VALIDATED-OPG” embossed.

Common Use: Managing affairs abroad (e.g., financial, health).

Requires Embassy Attestation?: Yes, for non-Hague countries (e.g., UAE, Qatar).
