- Your original National Archives document, stamped or sealed by the National Archives, or signed by an official of the National Archives
- Your original court document, not stamped, sealed or signed by the National Archives
- A photocopy or printout of your National Archives document
Requires Solicitor/Notary Certification?: No, but original must contain a wet ink signature or a wet ink/embossed seal and a date from the issuing authority.
Requires Submission as Originals?: No.

Requires Embassy Attestation?: Yes, for non-Hague countries (e.g., UAE, Qatar).
To qualify for next-day processing, we must receive your documents before 12:30 pm at our Milton Keynes office.
We guarantee that your documents will be prepared and processed for apostille on the next working day, ensuring a fast turnaround and maximum efficiency.
If you drop off your documents at any of our other offices, please note that one additional working day will be added to the processing time to allow for postage or courier transfer to our Milton Keynes office.
If your documents require solicitor certification, an additional working day will also be added to the overall processing time.
